Matt is a multi-award-winning Indigenous filmmaker, entrepreneur, strategist and CEO.
Matt is the Co-founder of Indigenous Geographic and has been on the front lines documenting reconciliation efforts in Canada for over a decade. Most recently, Matt was the only filmmaker in the world embedded as part of the Indigenous Delegation who travelled to Rome to meet with Pope Francis.
Matt is a dynamic public speaker and consultant who often provides advisory and consulting services for governmental, corporate, political, non for profits and Indigenous organizations. Matt has produced over 35 documentaries and holds a master's degree in Management Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Queen's University's Smith School of Business.
Matt is a Métis Nation of Ontario Citizen with family roots in the Red River, Manitoba. Matt is passionate about innovation, filmmaking, and community development.
